Directions for understanding of language: "You/your/your company" refers to the applicant. "Our/we/us" refers to www.Get-Into-Cycling.com .

1. Upon acceptance to our advertising promotion, you hereby authorize www.Get-Into-Cycling.com to use your company's name, logo and image for the purposes of advertising.

2. Additionally, this agreement also allows your company to use www.Get-Into-Cycling.com ‘s name, logo and image for the purposes of advertising.

3. It is understood that this is done completely voluntarily and solely for the purposes of promoting both companies (yours and ours) interests.

4. It is also understood & agreed that your company and www.Get-Into-Cycling.com will hold each other free of any liability for any impact (positive or negative) that may arise from such advertising, during the course of participation. This includes, but is not limited to:

a. Any financial profits or losses that either party may incur.

b. Any possible lawsuits or criminal prosecution that are imposed on either party.

c. Any physical damage to either party's property.

5. This agreement may be recanted at anytime by either party for any reason.

6. This promotion is being offered by www.Get-Into-Cycling.com to you absolutely free for as long as your company remains in our database. No action is necessary from you to maintain your advertisement in our website. You may send us updates to your business as necessary (i.e. address changes, name changes, etc.). If you have any changes, please send us a letter with your new information as well as the old information for reference.

7. If you decide to recant your advertisement and then reapply at a later time, you will be subject to the current terms and conditions in force at the time you reapply.

8. Your application must be approved by www.Get-Into-Cycling.com before your business is listed in our website. The following are items that may disqualify your participation into our advertising program:

a. Incomplete application or knowingly providing false information on your application.

b. Your business or website contains content that goes totally against good moral standards (i.e. promotes sex, violence, profanity or anything related to such behaviour).

c. Anything that we deem is inappropriate and would not promote the family values that our website aims to encourage.

9. We reserve the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at anytime as we deem necessary. If you agree to our terms and would like to participate, please complete the online "Advertise with us" form or submit the included application/authorization form to the following address:
