Welcome friends to the "Safety First" page of Get-Into-Cycling.com. Bicycling is one of the most popular activities in the United States. Whether the bike is used for recreation, competition or as a means of transportation, chances are you'll probably see someone on a bike every time you're out and about in your daily routines.

But like any other activity, it has its inherent risks as well. We at Get-Into-Cycling.com want to make sure that every rider out there, from the youngest child, to the most competitive cyclist, is safe by providing you with tips and advice to make your riding a little "less risky."
