The Loaded Tourist:

A resource for rides, tours and routes in your area.

Welcome friends to the "Loaded Tourist" page of Get-Into-Cycling.com. Bicycling is a great way to get around. It saves gas, keeps you healthy and is a very practical way of traveling. How about taking a vacation on your bike or at least take it with you to your next destination?

Like the old saying goes "When you are always ready, you do not need to get ready," here at Get-Into-Cycling.com, we'll show you how to prepare yourself and your bike for a trip. We'll discuss things to bring, planning your route and other useful tidbits.

Plus, Get-Into-Cycling.com has put together a list of local ride routes that you can explore on your own. Although a majority of our routes are located in the Southern California region, not to worry, we can assist you to find a route near you. And if we can't, we'll direct you to a resource that can help you.
