Welcome friends to the "Healthy Juice Combos" section of Get-Into-Cycling.com. Eating fruits and vegetables are great, but how about something to quench my thirst? What about an energy drink or soda? Too much sugar and caffeine. How about a glass of water? BORING! Alcoholic beverages are out of the question. Isn't there anything out there to satisfy my thirst and is good for me?

Still wondering? Well, you've come to the right section. We have a collection of juice combos that we have gather from friends, family and our own research. Each of these juice combos provide specific benefits when taken together.

But if you'll notice, there isn't any specific measurements: That's because we'll leave that portion to you, based on your taste buds and particular needs. So blend some of these healthy juice combos up for yourself. You'll be pleasantly suprised.

HEALTHY JUICE COMBOS

Combine each ingredient based on your taste. You may add water or a healthy sweetener (such as honey) as necessary. You may leave some of the fruit and vegetable pulp with your juices for added texture and flavor if you choose to do so. Enjoy!

Carrot + Ginger + Apple - Boost and cleanse your system.

Apple + Cucumber + Celery - Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and improve upset stomach and headache.

Tomato + Carrot + Apple - Improve skin complexion and bad breath.

Bitter gourd (bitter melon) + Apple + Milk - Avoid bad breath and reduce internal body heat.

Orange + Ginger + Cucumber - Improve Skin texture and moisture, plus reduce body heat.

Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney.

Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi - To improve skin complexion.

Pear & Banana - Regulates sugar content.

Carrot + Apple + Pear + Mango - Clear body heat, counteracts toxicity, decreased blood pressure and fight oxidization.
